I have a fondness for January, I like the quietness and all the possibilities. I like how the harsh weather makes the landscape so beautiful and the cosiness of being wrapped up. Im working on new pieces for various exhibitions and Galleries.
Looking forward to delivering some work to Joel at Giddy Arts Gallery in Saltaire for their opening very soon, thank you for having me!
Will also be taking a trip up to the Mick Oxley Gallery in Craster Northumberland in the coming weeks, which is always a pleasure.
Also excited about the very first exhibition of Ilkley Arts Hub Members which is on
Sat9th 10-5 and
Sun10th February 10-4. All welcome.
The venue is at No 4 Cottage right next to Ilkley Manor House.
Hello, just to say you can now buy my work online via Etsy. www.etsy.com/uk/shop/CarolineHudsonArtist .
Please feel free to like and share on social media the posts that indicate I now have this facility, it would be much appreciated.
Do get in touch if there’s something you would like that isn’t listed and I will do my best to help.
Free postage on all small paintings. Thank you.
I can’t believe it’s 6 months since I moved, no regrets and loving my new surroundings. I have enjoyed various shows and exhibitions since being here. Saltaire Festival in the Spring was as great as always, and that weekend was also the beginning of our long hot summer. Staithes Festival was fab too this September and was also proud to be part of The Great North Art Show in Ripon Cathedral this year. I’ve been grateful for plenty of sales at Mick Oxleys Gallery in Craster, Northumberland throughout the summer and Autumn, long may that continue 🙂. Thank you also to Philippa at Weaverbird in Ilkley for having my Cornish paintings on display for a month. Looking forward to Ilkley Christmas Fair at The Manor House in 4 weeks.
And have to say Happy birthday Freya !! 20 years ago today a very special and incredible person came into this world. 😊XXX
