Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I offer a 7-day return policy. 

Please contact me within 7 days of your purchase via email, to request a refund with a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item. I will acknowledge and provide you with the return address. Please then repack the item carefully and post the item back to myself and I would kindly request you use the same delivery service that was used to send the item to you. Return shipping costs are at the customers expense. I will arrange for your full refund (minus shipping if applicable) through PayPal within 14 days of receiving the returned product undamaged.

Damaged Items: 

In the unlikely event the work arrives damaged, you must contact me within 3 days of receiving the item. Please supply detailed photographs and description of the damage. We will then discuss the matter further, and make a decision over action on a case-by-case basis. 

International Returns: 

Please note, I am unable to offer refund/returns for items shipped internationally. We will be looking into this in the future, however currently it is not viable.
