Purchasing:

How is my payment handled?

  • Payments are taken through PayPal in British Sterling.

  • We will not store your card details.

  • We use PayPal because it is a secure, trusted platform that protects both buyers and sellers.

How do I pay if I do not have a PayPal Account?

  • Do not worry! You do not need a PayPal account, you can just use the PayPal service as a guest to pay using your regular debit/credit card.

What is a SSL Certificate?

  • Our site is SSL Certified, this secures the site and means the information used and stored on the site is secured and encrypted.

Can I use a different service other than PayPal?

  • On the wesbite, unfortunately no. We use PayPal because it is an easy, trusted, and secure service, and after looking into other options, they were not viable.

  • If you do want to use an alternative method of payment, please get in contact. I would be happy to arrange for the item you wish to purchase to be posted on my Etsy page (I will provide the link), where there are multiple, alternative secure payment options.

Shipping:

It is greatly important to me that my art is transported safely to you, and I will do my upmost to ensure this is the case for all items.

How are my items packaged?

  • I have sent my work throughout the UK for many years, and I take every care when packing my artwork.

  • I make sure it is well-packaged, using plenty of bubble wrap, tape and cardboard to ensure safe delivery of your purchase

  • Please note, I often re-use packaging for sustainability purposes.

How quickly do you dispatch the orders?

  • I will strive to get most orders packed, and sent within 5 working days of purchase. If I am unable to do so due to unforeseen circumstances, I will inform you ASAP with an expected shipping date.

  • If you require the purchase to be dispatched quicker than 5 days, please get in touch before purchase and I will do my upmost to arrange this for you.

  • You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

What Postal Service do you use?

  • Standard shipping: All standard orders will be shipped via ‘Royal Mail signed for 2nd Class’ for free.

  • The expected delivery time for this service is 2-3 Working days, I take no responsibility if the item takes longer than this once dispatched.

  • Other options: Alternative options are available at the checkout, including ‘first class’ at an extra cost.

What about large or high-value artwork?

  • For large or high-value work, I appreciate you may not want to use standard shipping, as a result I offer the option ‘special courier delivery’.

  • To make this simple, the cost of special courier delivery is set at £15.

  • The carrier will be either UPS or Royal Mail, and is dependent on the size and weight of the item.

  • I will contact you via email to inform you of the shipping details before the work is sent out.

I want to send my purchase as a gift, can you do that?

  • Yes! Please contact me if you wish to send the item as a gift. I will then ensure the packaging is appropriately presented.

Can you ship internationally?

  • If you do not live in the United Kingdom, you must first contact me to discuss the shipping options.

  • In order to ship overseas, there may be extra charges for additional courier costs, and import taxes and duties.

  • Additional charges for international shipping are at the customers expense.

Returns:

What if my piece arrives damaged?

  • In the unlikely event the work arrives damaged, you must contact me within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • Please supply detailed photographs and description of the damage.

  • We will then discuss the matter further, and make a decision over action on a case-by-case basis.

Am I able to return my item?

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I do offer a 7-day return policy.

  • Please contact me within 7 days of your purchase via email, to request a refund with a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

  • Once the return is agreed, please repack the item carefully and return. I would kindly request you use the same delivery service that was used to send the item to you.

  • Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.

  • Upon safe and undamaged return of the item, I will arrange for your refund within 7-14 days.

  • The amount refunded will be minus the original shipping cost.

Can I return my item if I purchased from outside the UK?

  • Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refund/returns for items shipped internationally.

  • We will be looking into this in the future, however currently it is not viable.
